66kV oil-immersed power transformers are widely used in high-voltage transmission and distribution systems. The 66kV series oil-immersed power transformer products have the characteristics of "four lows and one high", namely low loss, low noise, low temperature rise, low partial discharge, high reliability, no hanging core, no leakage and so on. The product adopts advanced design software for electromagnetic calculation, and calculates and analyzes the main and longitudinal insulation, impulse voltage gradient distribution, end electric field distribution, short-circuit thermal stability and dynamic stability strength of the transformer through the computer to ensure the transformer design margin, so as to ensure Safe and reliable operation of transformers.

1. Low loss and low noise

The iron core is made of high-performance cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, and the automatic robot lamination machine has small shearing burrs and low lamination coefficient, which effectively reduces the no-load loss, no-load current and noise of the transformer. The no-load loss is 5% to 15% lower than manual lamination.

2. Safe and reliable operation

The transformer insulation design leaves sufficient margin, and the partial discharge amount is ≤100pC. The selection of winding current density is reasonable, the conductor stress tolerance is appropriate, and the temperature rise of the transformer oil surface is lower than the national standard.

3. Advanced structure, easy maintenance

a. The inside of the coil is supported by a high-quality insulating skeleton. All coils use internal and external stays, and all stays and pads are chamfered, so that the electric field is uniform and the reliability is enhanced. All fasteners on the body of the coil axial adopter are self-locking locknuts, so that the product can withstand long-distance transportation bumps without loosening, and no hanging core is required.

b. The tank wall of the fuel tank is made of wide steel plates to reduce joints, and a unique welding process is adopted to ensure no leakage and ensure welding quality; c. All sealing flanges adopt groove structure to ensure sealing performance. All oil drain valves are made of copper valves, and the radiator is made of vacuum butterfly valves to reduce the chance of leakage;

d. The transformer is equipped with an oil level thermometer, a pressure relief valve with contacts is installed on the top of the oil tank, an oil level gauge with contacts is used for the oil level mark of the oil storage tank, and the high and low pressure bushings are anti-pollution reinforced pure porcelain oil bushings Can be used in heavily polluted environments.
